We know its been trying times for everyone these past couple of years, and its been particularly hard for businesses and organisations everywhere. For organisations such as Dobwalls Football Club who are run by volunteers, with limited resources its been really tough.

We have recently recovered from a fire which ripped through the clubhouse and saw the community and footballing friends come to our aid. We have also seen the necessary installation of floodlights and facilities improvements, that have made the finances even tighter.

Add it all together: the recovery from the fire, the requirement to install floodlights and improve our facilities plus the Covid-19 pandemic, the last thing we needed was our clubs grass mower to fail.

The grass mower we have is presently being held together by good will and shoelaces and we are in URGENT NEED to get a replacement.

Whilst there are grants out there, we currently need to find funding to supplement any money we maybe awarded.

We will be celebrating our centenary in 2022 and 100 years of football in Dobwalls that has seen the club progress in terms of its commitment to the community in which we serve through, engagement and working with our friends in the area.
